We take your investment into training and development extremely seriously. That’s why each program includes an additional Group Session with one of our Leadership Mentors, 6 months following the initial training.
During this additional Group Training Session, our Leadership Mentor will engage participants in discussion topics such as: How their leadership skills have evolved since the initial training; Which challenges they faced; What accomplishments they’ve achieved; Address any questions they may have; and also further their leadership development through additional guidance and advice. Additionally, this session also provides progress tracking and documentation on an individual basis.
