During the additional Group Training Session, our Leadership Mentor will engage participants in discussion topics such as: How their leadership skills have evolved since the initial training 6 months ago; Which challenges they faced; What accomplishments they’ve achieved; Address any questions they may have; and also further their leadership development through additional guidance and advice. Additionally, this session also provides progress tracking and documentation on an individual basis.
Designed for the Leadership Development of Newly Promoted Professionals or Potential Future Management Candidates. This program introduces participants to the essential concepts and fundamentals of Military & Law Enforcement Leadership Principles and how they can inspire themselves and others to achieve organizational goals more effectively.
This one-day intensive learning experience will provide participants the opportunity to understand & develop individual Leadership skills and principles. In addition, participants will learn what it means to be a leader and acquire the skills necessary to excel in current or future leadership roles.
When paired with the Modern Leader Development Program, organizations will acquire the confidence necessary to promote from within, knowing that ALL personnel possess a well-developed understanding of leadership and what is expected from senior leaders and newly promoted professionals alike.
