Designed for Experienced Management Professionals or Career Advancement Candidates at all levels. This two-day in-depth learning experience will reveal strategies and implementation tactics to successfully transform individual and organizational culture. Attendees will learn how to improve individual and organizational performance in a way that positively impacts productivity, efficiency, and morale.
When paired with the Early Career Leadership Training Program, leaders will develop an understanding of how their subordinates perceive, understand and value Leadership; and be able to formulate effective strategies to mentor and guide their employees into highly effective and profitable teams
During the additional Group Training Session, our Leadership Mentor will engage participants in discussion topics such as: How their leadership skills have evolved since the initial training 6 months ago; Which challenges they faced; What accomplishments they’ve achieved; Address any questions they may have; and also further their leadership development through additional guidance and advice. Additionally, this session also provides progress tracking and documentation on an individual basis.
